Plans are subscriptions that give you access to various Arimuria features that can be aquired through various means, such as the plans page or through code redeems.
Managing Plans
You can quickly manage your plans through your profile page. Please note that changes to your subscriptions are handled by PayPal and may take a few minutes to be updated on the website.
A Plan can have one of 3 types of status:
- Active will renew on the day of expiry and continue to be active if the payment is successful.
- Suspended the state your plan takes when you pause it. You'll continue to enjoy your plan's benefits, until the expiry date. To resume the plan, you can activate it at any time.
- Cancelled this state is irreversible and the plan will be deleted from your profile, after the expiry date. In order to regain access to the benefits of a cancelled plan after the expiry date, you will have to sign up for a new plan through the plans page.

Does the website store my billing information?
No, we don't keep any billing information on the website. All billing information are kept within PayPal.

What happens when I pause my plan?
Pausing a plan prevent auto-renewal. However, you will continue to have access to all the benefits of your plan, until the day of expiry.

What happens when I cancel my plan?
Your plan will be deleted after the expiry date. However, you will continue to have access to all the benefits of your plan, until the day of expiry. After the day of expiry, a new plan agreement will have to be created to enjoy the benefits again.

What happens to my slots when my plan expires?
The items in your slots will still be there. However, they will not be accessible, until a qualified plan gives you back the locked slots.

What happens to my exclusive chat overlays when my plan expires?
They will not be accessible without a qualified plan. If your chat is not loading, make sure you have a valid active chat style active through the chat styles page.

Why is my plan redeem code not working?
Redeem codes have expiration dates and limited number of uses. If you believe that your code should be working, please contact us through the contact page for help.
